Terms and conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the EXCLUSIVE CORPORATION SH.P.K. website and B2B portal, and the orders and payments made through them. By placing an order you accept these Terms and Conditions and the Refund policy.

1. Who we are

Exclusive Corporation is a pharmaceutical warehouse in Kosovo distributing pharmaceutical products, supplements and wellness products to pharmacies and pharmaceutical depots, with the following details:

2. Who can order

The B2B portal is intended only for registered businesses (pharmacies and pharmaceutical depots) approved by our team. The business is responsible for the accuracy of its registration details and for keeping its employees' login credentials confidential. Any order placed with the business's credentials is considered placed by that business.

3. Orders

Orders are placed on the portal's "New order" page, and you receive a confirmation by email once the order is registered. An order is accepted by us when it is confirmed; we may refuse or cancel it in full or in part if a product is out of stock, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if quantities exceed the allowed limits. If a paid order is cancelled, the amount is refunded according to the Refund policy.

4. Prices

All prices are in euro (EUR) and include VAT. Rabat, promotions and discounts apply as shown on the order at the time of ordering. The price shown when the order is registered applies.

5. Payment

You can pay for an order:

  • On account (pay later) — the order is invoiced and paid according to the terms agreed with us;
  • Online by card — with Visa and Mastercard cards, through ProCredit Bank's secure Payment Gateway.

Card details (number, expiry date, CVV2/CVC2) are entered only on the bank's secure page. Exclusive Corporation does not receive, see or store your card details — we only receive the outcome of the transaction from the bank. When a payment succeeds you receive an invoice by email with the order details: the order number, the approval code, the card brand, the card's last 4 digits and the date and time of the transaction.

6. Delivery

Products are delivered to the business's registered address in Kosovo according to our distribution schedule. Please check the packages on receipt; any damage, shortage or wrong product must be reported to us as described in the Refund policy.

7. Returns and refunds

Returns, cancellations and refunds are governed by the Refund policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

8. Personal data protection

We collect only the data needed to manage the account and orders: the business name, fiscal number and address, and the name, email address and phone number of contact persons. We use this data to register and approve the business, to process, invoice and deliver orders, to communicate with you about them, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for their marketing. It is shared only with providers who help us serve you (e.g. the bank for card payments, the delivery service), to the extent necessary, or where required by law. Data is kept only as long as needed for these purposes and our legal obligations, and is protected by appropriate technical and organisational measures.

Under Law No. 06/L-082 on the Protection of Personal Data, you have the right to request access to, correction or deletion of your data, to object to certain processing, and to lodge a complaint with the Information and Privacy Agency. For such requests, contact us at the email above.

9. Product information and liability

Product information on the website and portal is for information only and does not replace professional advice. We aim to keep the details (descriptions, prices, stock) accurate, but are not liable for technical errors or temporary service interruptions. Our liability for an order is limited to the value of that order.

10. Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo. We will try to resolve any dispute by agreement; otherwise, the court in Prishtina has jurisdiction.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the latest version; each order is governed by the version in force when it was placed.
